Graveside funeral services to celebrate the life of Judy Stephens Burr, 64, of Camden, S.C., will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Evergreen Cemetery in Belmont, N.C. Rev. David Snodgrass will officiate.
