Mr. Julian Burroughs Speights, 87, of Cassatt, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. A Celebration of Life and Homegoing Services was held Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Lugoff, with burial in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, with military honors.
