Louise McElveen Wilson, 86, widow of the late Garris McElveen and the late John R. Wilson, died Saturday, November 1, 2014, at Kershaw Health in Camden.

Born July 24, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Bennie Christmas and the late Janie Christmas. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and retired from Skyline Manufacturing.

Survivors include two children, Linda Bair (Al) and Kenneth McElveen (Carolyn); two step-daughters Elaine Farmer (Don) and Cynthia Brown; a step-son, Randy Wilson (Nancy), grandchildren, Wayne Bair (Jennifer), Wendy B. Cassady (fiancee, Michael Payne), Pam Poston (Tucker), and Kevin McElveen; step-grandchildren, Jason Wilson (Jennifer), Melissa Arrants (Greg), Jennifer Wald (Mark), Nicole Farmer, Jamie Wint (Jason), and Johnny Brown; and sixteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Miller and the Rev. Lonnie Watford. Burial will be in the Emmanuel Church Cemetery in Camden.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home and other times at the home of Linda Bair, 2641 Providence Rd., Cassatt.
