Mrs. Ludell Moses Howard, 98, of 512 Gordon St., Camden, passed on Friday, July 3, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Good Hope-Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, Camden with burial in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at 512 Gordon Street, Camden, SC.
