Malcoln Everett Kilcrease

A graveside service to honor the life of Malcolm Everett Kilcrease, 87, of Lugoff, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2015 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Reverend Ron Bower will officiate. Memorials may be made in Mr. Kilcrease’s memory to the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter.

Mr. Kilcrease, husband of Margaret Peake Kilcrease, was born in Butler, Georgia, the son of the late Joe Parks Kilcrease and Mamie Cooper Kilcrease. He retired as a supervisor for the Granite Panel Wall. Mr. Kilcrease was a U.S. Navy and U.S. Army verteran who served in the Korean War. 

In addition to his wife, of 60 years, Margaret, Mr. Kilcrease is survived by a son, Mark Kilcrease of Honea Path, SC; a daughter, Cindy Reeser (David) of Sumter, SC; grandchildren, Rebecca Altman (Miles), Josh Reeser and Katie Kilcrease and four great-grandchildrenBesides his parents, Mr. Kilcrease was predeceased by a son, Russell Kilcrease and a sister, Lynda Kilcrease.
