Funeral services for Marietta Bodiford Williams, 84, of Blackville, S.C. will be held 3 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2012 at the Blackville First Baptist Church with burial in the Blackville Cemetery. Dr. Thomas Terry will be officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Memorials may be made to the Blackville First Baptist Church P.O. Mrs. Williams passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012. Born in Blackville, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Henry Milledge Bodiford Sr. and America Grubbs Bodiford. She was a homemaker and was married to the late Cyril Edison Williams Jr. She was a member of the Blackville First Baptist Church where she taught Sunbeams and the youth in Training Union.
Survivors include daughters, Cheryl W. (Jimmy) Kinard of Little Mountain and Lynn W. (Donnie) Weeks of Camden; grandchildren, James (Jan) Kinard Jr., Alison (Scott) White, Brannon Weeks, and partner Ellison Cale, and Cyril Bradford Weeks and Christopher Terlindon; great-grandchildren, Kyndal, Reagan, Maggie White and Lane Kinard; sister, Abbie Jean Flowers of Blackville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
