A funeral service to celebrate the life of Paul Wayne Vincent, 73, of Camden, SC, will be held at 2:00 PM today, June 6, 2017 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden, Chapel, Camden, SC.  Reverend Thomas Brown and Reverend Julian Catoe will officiate. Burial will follow in the Oakridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw, SC.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:30 PM on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, 1112 Fair Street, Camden, SC  29020.

Paul died Saturday, June 3, 2017. He was born in Kershaw, SC, the son of the late Willis Vincent and Eva Bowers Vincent. Paul was a retired transport truck driver and the former owner of Vincent Transport.

Paul is survived by his son, Travis Vincent (Scott Park) of Camden, SC, daughter Jenny Rogers (Don Stokes) of Bishopville, SC, and step-daughter Michelle Parker of Myrtle Beach, SC; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Frank Vincent, Michael (Jean) Vincent, and Larry (Dottie) Vincent; and sister, Sally Faile.

Besides his parents, Paul was predeceased by his step-sons, Bennie Gainey and Russ Gainey; brothers, J. B. Vincent, Alvin Vincent, Herman Vincent, and Bill Vincent, and his sisters Myrtle Outen, Annie Ruth Melton, Lillian Brooms, and Evelyn Price.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
