On Tuesday April 26, 2022, Rachel (70) left this world peacefully surrounded by her beloved daughters, Serena and Polly, and devoted husband, Benjamin Costello III. Despite a nearly five-year battle with cancer; her wonderful sense of humor, her spirit of gratitude and endless appreciation for the wonders of life remained unshakable.
