Mrs. Rebecca Joy Kelly, 85, of 889 Cheraw Road, Cassatt, SC, passed on Sunday, February 23, 2014. Services will be conducted Friday, February 28, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Camden, SC. Burial will take place at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Haile’s Funeral Home is serving the family.
