Richard Halley, 70 of 5960 Halley Road, Rembert, passed on Monday, October 3, 2016.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, October 6, 2016 at Pine Grove AME Church, Rembert, with burial in Sandhill Cemetery, Rembert.
