She married Louis Douglas Felts, who precedes her, and lived in Roanoke Rapids, NC for most of her life. She worked in the family-owned “Big Bus #2” country store for many years. She is survived by her sister and husband, Chuck and Sandy Norman, of Littleton, CO and brother, Danny Spencer, of Raleigh, NC; daughter, Susan Lane, of Camden, grandson, Jeremy Lane, grandchildren, Jaden and Jaxon Lane; daughter and son-in-law, Cassandra and Danny Davis, of Kershaw, a granddaughter and husband, Emmylou and Brian Todd, her and great grandson, Nelson Todd; son and wife, Caswell and Tamie Felts, grandchildren, Lanie, Davis, and Abby. She was preceded by her son, Rapha Ray Felts in December 2012. Her sense of humor and charm will be missed greatly by everyone that knew her. Rosa Lee’s family is forever grateful to the staff at Morningside of Camden for loving her and taking tremendous care of her over the past several years, as well as the staff at Kershaw County Medical Center for their continued care and support. A private service will be held by the family.
