Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Mary Vincent Sullivan; Roy Woodrow "Woody" Sullivan Jr. (Kim) of Lugoff, and Ernest Scott Sullivan (Gabrielle) of Lugoff; three grandchildren, Scottie, Phillip and Tori; and brother, Grady Sullivan (Brenda) of Hartsville. He was predeceased by brothers, Jimmy Sullivan and Ernest Sullivan; and sisters, Kate Kelley and Betty Middleton.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the The Haven in the Summit for the years of loving support and care and to Agape Hospice House of Columbia for the compassion and care they extended not only to Roy but to the entire family the past two weeks.
