A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ruth Vinson Graham, 90, of Camden, will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Malvern Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Craig Thompson and Rev. Buster Morris will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today, April 10, 2018 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made to Malvern Hill Baptist Church, 1514 Malvern Hill Drive, Camden, SC 29020 or the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life of Kershaw County, 647 Lachicotte Road, Lugoff, SC 29078.

Mrs. Graham was employed for many years at Skyline Manufacturing and also the Pantry in Camden. She loved gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. Mrs. Graham was an avid jeopardy fan. Later, as a resident of Springdale Health Care, she enjoyed visiting with her friends, working on her Word Find puzzles and Bingo.

Mrs. Graham is survived by her daughters, Katherine Owens (Jerry) of Cassatt and Glenda Kniphfer (Wallace) also of Cassatt; grandchildren, Jimmy Owens, Amy Owens and Denise Dinkins (Jamie); great-grandchildren, Taylor Young, Lane Young and Kylee Owens; and one great-great-grandson, Easton Robinson; brother, David Vinson (Ann); and sisters, Magdalene Twitty of Lexington, Ester Deese of West Columbia, Martha Mabry (Ben) of West Columbia and Rachel Clyburn (Gennie) of Westville.

Mrs. Graham was predeceased by her sons, William P. Graham and James R. Graham; grandchildren, Jay and Becky Owens; sister, Mary Nelson; brothers, Harry Vinson, Charles “Chuck” Vinson, Rev. Frank Vinson, Donald Vinson and Alvin Vinson.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
