A funeral service to celebrate the life of Sarah Frances Dixon Caulder, 86, of Camden, was held Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Jim Caulder officiated. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Mrs. Caulder died Tuesday, July 17, 2018. She was born in January 24, 1932 in Camden, the daughter of the late Barney Wallace and Evie Lee Parnell Dixon. Mrs. Caulder was a lifetime member of Hermitage Baptist Church.

Mrs. Caulder is survived by her husband of 66 years and the love of her life, David Rondal Caulder, Sr; her daughter, Ronna Lynn Caulder Creed of Camden; son, David Rondal Caulder, Jr. (Liz) of Altamonte Springs, FL;  grandchildren, David Caulder, III of Bethune, Ashleigh Caulder Logan, Sarah Beth Creed Bradley (Adam), and DJ Creed, II (Elizabeth), all of Camden; Blane Caulder and Blake Caulder of Altamonte Springs, FL; great-grandchildren, Vivian Caulder, Laila and Bella Logan, Mason Caulder and Evie Bradley; sisters, Eunice Player, Helen Threatt, and Annette Gardner; and brother, Wallace Dixon.

Mrs. Caulder was predeceased by her parents; great-grandson Daniel Bradley; son-in-law, Jimmy Creed; sisters, Ophelia “Peanut” Hayes, Margaret Shoemake, and Bonnie Dixon; and brother Charles Dixon.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
