Scheller E. “Jack” Jackson, husband of Betty Joe McCaskill-Jackson, died Friday, February 26, 2016. He was born in Kershaw County, the son of the late Bennie Jackson and Emma Lee Collins Jackson. Scheller was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Camden. He was a loving husband and father.

Scheller is survived by his wife and children, Allen Fagan of Cave City, AR, Kimberly Donelly (Pat) of Eagle River, AK, Dedria Cabralas (Adam) of Camden, SC, Lila Theresa Mitchell of Keller, TX, David Jackson (Paula) of Spokane, WA, Debra Lynn Metz (Pat) of Gackle, ND, Jeff Jackson of Columbus, OH and Joseph Jackson (Shelley) of Rapid City, SD; 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Jean Peavy (Bill) of Sylvania, GA; and niece, Denise Baker as well as other numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

Scheller was predeceased by his parents; his daughter, Gail; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Willie and Alice; brother, Cecil; and daughter-in-law, Donna.

A private service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made in Scheller’s memory to First Church of the Nazarene, 2276 Jefferson Davis Highway, Camden, SC 29020 or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, PO Box 810, Memphis, TN 38101.
