Miss Shelby Elizabeth Campbell, 38, of 1587 Beech Lane, Elgin, died Sunday. Family and friends may call at the residence. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announce at a later date by Brown’s Funeral Home, Camden, who is serving the Campbell family.
