It is with absolute devastation that we announce Vicki Lynn Watford went to be with our Lord Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Born in Camden on July 4, 1965, the daughter of Linsey Hicks Garner and Barbara Haynes Garner, Vicki spent most of her life in the Camden/Lugoff area.
