Virginia Monica Grady Cosgrove, 97, of Camden, SC, died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Holly Hedge. A family funeral mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Camden and a graveside service at Holy Cross Cemetery, San Francisco will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Cosgrove was born in San Francisco, California to John Homer Grady and Monica Dolores Klatt Grady. She retired from California and Hawaii Sugar as Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Cashier in 1986. She lived in her San Francisco home for 66 years before joining her daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Ben Schreiner, at Holly Hedge three and a half years ago.

She is survived by her daughters, Monica Cosgrove Incerti and husband, Robert of San Francisco and Pamela Cosgrove Schreiner and husband, J. Ben of Camden; four grandchildren, Vironica Schreiner Dawson and husband, Marcel of Charlotte, NC, Bernadette Schreiner Cloninger and husband, Andrew of Charlotte, NC, Morgan Andrew Schreiner and wife Katherine Spaugh of Osnabruck, Germany and Mathias Schreiner of Camden, SC, currently attending Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN: six great-grandchildren, Marcelo Dawson, Abigail Cloninger, Isabella Dawson, Morgan Elizabeth Cloninger, Cristiano Dawson and Eliana Dawson; and a sister-in-law, Alexandra Diepenbrock Grady of Naples, FL.

She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Joseph Cosgrove; parents, John and Monica Grady; sister, Mary Jacqueline Grady Ray; and brother John Henry Grady.
