Vivian A. Moore Goff, widow of William R. Goff, passed away on July 24, the 11th anniversary of her sweetheart’s demise.

She was born in Centerville, daughter of the late Henry Elton and Nellie Nelson Moore and moved to Camden upon her 1951 marriage.

Left to cherish her memory are Donna, Chet and Scott and a very special friend, Dr. Ralph Rynes; sisters Mona, Jacqueline and Anna; brother Howard and a host of relatives. She was predeceased by her brother, Louie Moore.

Mrs. Goff was a loving wife of 49 years, mother, as well as a faithful friend. She was an active and charitable member of the Camden Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She relished people.

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Goff will be held Wednesday, July 27, at 10:00 AM at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel with burial to follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends Tuesday, July 26, from 6:00 -8:00 PM at Kornegay Funeral Home Camden Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the charity of one’s choice.

The family wishes to thank everyone for their many prayers and acts of kindness during her recent illness and for loving her so much over a lifetime.
