Services for William Alexander Clark Miller, Jr. 94 will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.  Dr. Miller died Sunday, March 6, 2011.  Born in New York City, he was the son of the late William A. C. Miller Sr. and Pearl Andrews Miller.  Dr. Miller was the widower of the late Florence Sparling Miller. The family suggests that memorials be made in Dr. Miller’s memory to a University of Michigan Scholarship Fund at  http://www.giving.umich.edu.

He served in the United States Army during World War II in the Pacific Theatre, and later retired as a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force, where he served as a dentist.

Surviving is his daughter, Candace Sinclair of Oviedo, FL, and 2 grandsons: Gordon E. Sinclair, IV of Phoenix, AZ, and James A. Sinclair and his wife Jennifer of Cabot, AR.
