He was born in Camden, South Carolina the son of Bud Chace and Jessica Zeller-Chace.

Zeke left this world to be rocked in the arms of Jesus on Friday, March 23, 2018. He fell asleep in his mother’s arms, tucked closely to her heart, and surrounded by the laughter and love of his family. He awoke shortly after an Angel in God’s Heavenly Kingdom.

An old soul, Zeke left behind a tremendous impact on this world in his three months. He enjoyed tugging his Daddy’s beard and late night/ early morning karaoke with his Mommy. He passed his time cuddling the family and friends who came to love him instantly, nestling deep into their arms while he rocked his days away wrapped in a fuzzy blanket and the arms of all who loved him.

Affectionately known as “Nuggie,” he was a nugget of God’s love for all of us who was brought to Earth to touch the hearts of so many people. That is his legacy. That is his footprint. He was truly a light in all of our lives.

Zeke is survived by his parents; siblings, Jacob and Sarah Zeller, Kennedy Zeller-Chace and Rowan Zeller-Chace; maternal grandparents, Dave and Jan Zeller of Elgin; and paternal grandparents, Bill and Sue Chace of Camden. He also leaves behind his Aunts Nicole (Tim), Tracey (Eddie), Karianne (Jordan), Laura, and Whitley; as well as a plethora of cousins: Duke, Abby, Liza, TJ, Jordan, Timmy, and Autumn as well as countless others.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
