Congratulations to Emily Marshall Bell and Jo Anna Norwood, co-winners of the $6,000 full scholarship to the prestigious Brevard Summer Institute. Brevard attracts “international teachers and performers” which affords students a rich educational experience. The KCMA and Fine Arts provide the “Margaret Upton” scholarship in memory of the late mother of Sibby Upton Wood.
