Joshua Valentine, a North Central High School class of 2018 honor graduate, received the Bethune Women’s Club 2018 scholarship. His sister, Crystal Douglas, received the scholarship in 2015; she will graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University in December. The scholarship is given to one deserving high school graduating senior from Bethune to help aid in their future education.
