CAST looks to reduce DUIs, underage drinking in Kershaw County

Sullivan Spradley, son of Tonya and Tim Spradley, was killed by a drunk driver in 2005. The Spradleys are involved with the Kershaw County Community Action for a Safer Tomorrow (CAST) coalition to help make the community a safer place.
