The Spears Creek Veterinary Clinic will hold a "Fall for Pets" fundraiser Saturday at 921 Spears Creek Ct., in Elgin from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Community members are encouraged to participate in this event which will include:

• a costume contest,

• pet photos,

• raffles,

• silent auctions,

• games,

• food and drinks,

• local vendors,

• spouse in the doghouse and

• prizes.

This event will benefit the Kershaw County Animal Shelter and the Richland County K-9 unit.
