The Family Resource Center (FRC) announced applications are being accepted until Nov. 29, for volunteer board of directors positions. The Family Resource Center, a non-profit organization serving Kershaw and Lee Counties, is a rape crisis and children’s advocacy center serving the community since 1985. “We are looking for community members who are passionate about ending abuse and violence in the lives of children and adults; promoting peace in families and our communities; will commit to serve; and are looking for a way to affect societal change,” said the center’s executive director, Rosalyn Moses.
