Friends of Library Annual Book Sale begins soon

Community members are invited to attend the Friends of the Library Annual Book Sale, beginning March 7.
The Friends of the Kershaw County Library Annual Book Sale will be held at the Burndale Shopping Center in the old Family Dollar building on Jefferson Davis Highway across from Piggly Wiggly in Camden. The sale will begin on March 6, with "Friends’ Night" exclusively for members of Friends of the Library from 6 to 8 p.m. Community members who would like to purchase membership can do so at the door. The sale will be open to the public on March 7, from 12 to 8 p.m.; March 8, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and March 9 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. "Half-price Sale Day" will be March 15, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. "We have a great selection of books," said Anthony Hawkesworth, book sale coordinator.
