Chesterfield County School District Superintendent Dr. J. Harrison Goodwin is the 2019 South Carolina Superintendent of the Year. In addition, Richland School District Two’Chief Instructional Officer Nancy Gregory is the District Level Administrator of the Year, so named by the South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA). Goodwin is a graduate of Camden High School (CHS), and the son of former CHS Principal John Coke Goodwin.
