The Historic Camden Foundation recently announced that it has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Central Carolina Community Foundation’s (CCCF) Connecting Communities program. Historic Camden is one of 11 recipients and the only one from Kershaw County for this program. This funding will go towards the Redoubt Revitalization project, which aims to reconstruct, reinterpret, and beautify the earthen fort located next to the Kershaw-Cornwallis House.
