JES hosts Arbor Day program, tree dedication

Arbor Day is celebrated in South Carolina the first Friday in December. Each year, the Kershaw Conservation District chooses a school to do an assembly program recognizing trees and the many benefits they provide. On December 7, the students, and staff of Jackson Elementary School held an Arbor Day Program.
