The Kershaw County Family and Community Leaders (KCFCL) will hold its annual spring meeting on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Hall’s Restaurant in Lugoff. The meeting is open to all members of the community who are interested. The speaker will be 4-H Agent Sara Marcengill who will give an update on 4-H clubs and activities in Kershaw County.
