Sixteen families in Kershaw County have a warmer home this winter after local volunteers completed a mission project in December. The WARM (Weatherization and Repairs Ministry) project was held Dec. 30 and 31 with more than 100 volunteers from 17 churches. All work was done free of charge and included repairing floors, replacing siding, building ramps, fixing leaking plumbing, shingling roofs, repairing windows, and insulating homes.
