The King Haiglar Garden Club will enjoy a field trip for its April meeting. The club will meet at 11 a.m. Monday at the home of Harriett Thomas, 1907 Robbin Drive, Camden. The group will carpool to Hartsville for lunch. After lunch the group will tour Kalima Gardens at Coker College.

Horticulture judging will begin at 10:30; all specimens should be in place by then. No arrangements this month. Judges will be Grace Young, Sandra Lease, Jan Tilford, and Nancy Wylie. Members are encouraged to participate since everything seems to be in full bloom.

Garden maintenance volunteers for April are Julie Trott and Marguerite Glasgow. The club plants and maintains gardens at Camden’s public buildings.
