The King Haiglar Garden Club will meet on Monday, March 11 at 3 p.m. Nancy Wylie will host the group at 414 Laurens St., Camden, for tea. Julie Trott and Mary Acken will be co-hostesses.

Everyone will carpool for a field trip to Bushman Garden Center. The group will leave Nancy’s promptly at 3:30 p.m. There will be no horticulture.

The arrangement theme for March is "Mad Hatter’s Tea Party." Members are encouraged to decorate a hat to wear to the garden center. Decorate your hat with organic materials, flowers, greenery, ribbons, and bows. This is a fun and easy way to express yourself and your love of gardening. Judges are Jan Tilford and Grace Young.

Garden maintenance at Camden’s public buildings in March will be done by Michelle Herod and Virginia Isler.

The club welcomes new members: Alice Brice and Sherry Sweet-Miller.

The King Haiglar Garden Club welcomes all who enjoy gardening and learning more about horticulture.
