Several local churches recently combined their efforts to achieve a project known as W.A.R.M. (Weatherization And Repair Ministry). The initiative was begun in 1989 by Richard and Sara Hagins of Camden. The Hagins were and still are members of Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church, and they along with other church members began repairing homes in the community, especially those damaged by Hurricane Hugo.
