Miss South Carolina, Ali Rogers, will speak at Bethel United Methodist Church this Sunday at the 11 a.m. service. Rogers works with various organizations, centers, and groups across the state being an advocate for disabled children and children with special needs. Her platform is "making a difference for children with disabilities."
