When Kershaw County residents began to hold their own tea parties and receptions in honor of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s April 29 nuptials, Celena Traynham, ABC, started thinking about ways that her residents at Karesh Long Term Care Center could also get in on the fun. Traynham, who works as a certified activities director at the Karesh Long Term Care Center, said she received an email several months ago from the S.C. Activity Professionals Association, describing ways that activity directors can host “royal” events at their own facilities. “And then I thought that it would be great if we had our own kind of royal wedding here.
