Optimist Club awards scholarship

Andrew Taylor of Lugoff-Elgin High School was awarded the Irene Gettys Scholarship from the Lugoff Optimist Club. The scholarship is worth $1,000. Taylor plans to attend the University of South Carolina and major in computer science.
