We’re featuring Plankton, the cat, again as one of our pets of the week from the Thiel-Meyer Pet Adoption Center. He’s a 4-month-old, long-haired neutered young man looking to come home for the holidays.

Also on deck is Chick, a 4-year-old spayed female dog who is a little shy, but “oh, so sweet” and would love to join a family for Thanksgiving dinner.

Meet Plankton and Chick at the Thiel-Meyer Adoption Center, 128 Black River Road, Camden, which is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The center is operated by the Kershaw County Humane Society (KCHS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and is the only open admissions shelter in Kershaw County.
