The 2015 Kershaw County Christmas Parade “A Storybook Christmas” will be held on Saturday, Dec. 12, at 10 a.m. Held on the second Saturday in December each year, approximately 3,000 spectators turn out for this parade which boasts horses, fire trucks, floats, beauty queens, classic cars, dancing, music, Santa, and much more! To enter the parade, contact Loree Stokes at 432-2525, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or download the entry form at www.kershawcountychamber.org. Simply scroll down on the home page and click on the Parades tab. Entries will be accepted up until Monday, Dec. 7, to allow time for line-up notifications to be mailed. However, all entries received after Nov. 23, will be assessed a late fee, so register today. The parade begins at Laurens Street in Camden and proceeds south on Broad Street ending at the Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site. Come out and bring your friends and family to enjoy this wonderful community celebration.
