It’s time for the Halloween edition of Finally Friday free outdoor concert series at the Fine Arts Center of Kershaw County (FAC). This month the Rusty Davis Band will take the stage for this special edition of Finally Friday. Along with the concert, there will be a special “trunk r’ treat” competition, face painting, and costume contests for both children and adults.
