The United Way of Kershaw County invites the public to participate in the Tour de Camden bike ride on Saturday, May 4, starting at Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site.

Founded by cyclist enthusiasts in Camden, the Tour de Camden is a charity bike ride supporting the United Way’s Mobile Nutrition Center. Historic Camden has been the host and a main sponsor since the inception of the ride.

With participation topping 200 in past years, the Tour de Camden provides ride choices for all levels of cyclists. There are three routes: a metric century (62 miles), 50-mile and a 30-mile ride. Each route begins at Historic Camden on Broad Street and travels to the east and southeast before looping back to Camden.

After the tour, riders will be treated to an after-ride meal and music.
