United Way Be A Bunny program celebrates 10 years

The United Way Be A Bunny program enlists people from the community to fill Easter baskets for individuals representing three United Way agencies, the Council on Aging, Family Resource Center and the Board of Disabilities and Special Needs, and 132 children from the Kershaw County School District. An unbelievable amount of thought and care goes into putting together more than 200 Easter baskets. “In a time where we are constantly fed negative information about our fellow man, this is such an uplifting program because the gifts are truly from the heart.
