United Way conducts Be A Bunny program for the 11th year

The United Way “Be A Bunny” program enlists people from the community to fill Easter baskets for individuals representing three United Way agencies, the Council on Aging, Family Resource Center and the Board of Disabilities and Special Needs, as well as 132 children from the Kershaw County School District. An unbelievable amount of thought and care goes into putting together more than 200 Easter baskets. Participants include employees from Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Carter Terry Inc., Cogsdill Tool, Covidien, Haier, INVISTA, KershawHealth, Mundy, New South Canfor, Oak Mitsui, Palmetto GBA, Suominen Corporation, UTi, and Yutaka.
