Upcoming Kershaw County 4-H events

The Clemson Extensive Service of Kershaw County announces the following upcoming 4-H events, including some for the summer:

• Tri-County Teen Council Leadership Jumpstart -- May 30, 6 p.m. at the Sandhills branch of the Richland County Library, followed by indoor jumping at The Plex from 7 to 8 p.m. For ages 13-18.

• Shooting Sports Club Kick-Off -- May 31, 7 p.m. at the FCL Building, 634 West DeKalb St., Camden. For ages 10 to 18.

•4-H and FCL Sewing Day Camps -- June 11, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Mt. Pisgah FCL Building, 4686 Bethune Road, Kershaw; and June 13, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the main FCL Building, 634 West DeKalb St., Camden. For ages 9 to 18.

• 4-H20: Exploring Big Pine Tree Creek -- July 15-17 at Goodale State Park, 650 State Road S-28-331, Camden. For ages 9 to 14.

• Survivor Teen Leadership Camp -- July 31, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the FCL Building, 634 West DeKalb St., Camden. For ages 10 to 16.
