The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph C. Walters, of Lugoff, SC. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Rutledge of Blythewood, South Carolina.
The bride is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and Education Specialist degree in School Counseling.
She is employed as a school counselor for Kershaw County School district.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bennett Kelly, Sr. of Camden, South Carolina. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Bowen from Camden, South Carolina.
He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Masters of Teaching degree. He is employed as a history teacher for Richland School District 2.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Joseph and TyAnn Walters.
She wore a stunning ivory lace dress with a lace trimmed veil. Her bouquet was of hydrangeas, roses and snap dragons.
Macaylee Jones of Lugoff, SC was the maid of honor.

A reception was held at The Farm at Ridgeway.
The couple went to Savannah, Georgia on the honeymoon.
They now reside in Lugoff.
