Mr. and Mrs. Paul Martin announces the engagement of their daughter, Lesley Ann Maltby to James Christopher (Chris) Payne, originally from Lugoff. She is also the daughter of the late Jeffery Maltby. Lesley is a graduate of Mason High School in Mason, Michigan.
