Clarence and Jan Atkinson of Bishopville announce the engagement of their daughter, Rhonda Roxanne Atkinson to Russell Adam Nelson, son of Ronnie and Vicki Nelson of Camden. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ike and Mary Lee Ruby and the late Everee Bowers of Cassatt, and Dorothy Atkinson and the late C. J. Atkinson of Bishopville. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education.
