Miss Osteen, Mr. Turner plan June wedding

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Osteen of Leesville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Keri Elizabeth to Mr. Rustin Brooks Turner of Lugoff.

The bride-elect is a graduate of W. Wyman King Academy and the Medical University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Health Science degree. She also received her credentials as a Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified Dental Assistant from Midlands Technical College. She is currently practicing in Blythewood.

The groom-elect is the son of Mr. Ernest Turner of Roland, North Carolina and Ms. Cathy Mullican of Lugoff. He is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School and Midland Technical College with an Associate in Computer Technology degree. He served in the United States Army and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. He is currently employed with The Sherwin-Williams Company.

The couple enjoyed a luau engagement party last summer with friends and family at T & S Farms. The wedding is planned for June at Mount Ebal Baptist Church in Batesburg. Please visit the couple’s website at
