Four hundred people attended the eighth annual Wild Game Dinner and Auction hosted by the Camden and West Wateree Rotary clubs on Feb. 8. The event raised approximately $65,000 for college scholarships to be given out to the county’s graduating classes of 2021.
The eighth annual Rotary Wild Game Dinner and Auction netted approximately $65,000 for local scholarships. The event took place Saturday, Feb. 8 at Camden City Arena, with 400 people in attendance. Each year, the fundraiser provides scholarships for Kershaw County seniors who are pursuing higher education.
